Nina was born and raised in Victoria. She spent 16 years as a competitive synchronized swimmer and coach, but these days sheโ€™s a mother of two young kids and struggles (just like everyone else) to squeeze her exercises in each day.

She attended the University of Victoria where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology before continuing on to complete her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia in 2012.

Nina has continued her professional development by completing courses in functional dry needling/IMS, acupuncture, manual therapy, TMJ dysfunctions and concussions. She developed a special interest in treating vestibular disorders (imbalance, dizziness, and vertigo) and completed a competency based certification course in vestibular rehabilitation from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 2019.

Nina is passionate about helping people with their vestibular and orthopedic issues. She enjoys working together with her clients to get them back to doing the things they love as quickly as possible.
